A Winter's Respite Read-a-Thon

Current chair status: Still none.
Earlier this month I gave a whole explaination about my lack of chair, and how I won't be using my computer as much.
Great news for a designer and photo editor right?

It's been a little more than a month since my chair broke and at the end of the week it'll be a month since I gave up on the replacement folding chair I had started using that hurt my back just by thinking of it. According to the email the new chair I ordered should be delivered sometime between January 20 (this Wednesday!) or February 2. So with my luck I won't be officially back until Valentine's day.

I've mainly been posting reviews from an old laptop; but it really isn't the same.
As great as the idea of writing in bed sounds, end of the day not so much.

I'd have hoped less computer time would mean more book time but of course not.

That's where this read-a-thon comes in. It's basically a "I can't do anything else" move.

2015 End of Year Survey

Thanks to Jamie The Perpetual Page Turner for the survey!

I got back trouble. Logical solution: buy a chair that won't hurt my back! It'll take up space but probably worth it in the end. Who needs walking room anyway? I'll just ride it the two feet to the other side of the room.
Unfortunately I later got an email telling me there was a delay and it won't be delivered until the end of this month.

So I pulled out my old laptop, (I normally work on a desktop) which I was planning on getting rid of because it's almost 10 years old, kind of slow and of course has a quick dying battery, and am now sitting on the floor.
Why the floor? Because it's the only place to sit besides the bed, and I feel like I've spent too much time there reading already. So the floor. I'm also ready to throw everything off my dresser and trying sitting up there.
Unless I can find a better solution or something changes; post here will either be very brief or not at all.

That being said sorry if this post ends up odd at some point. Format odd not me being me odd.
