#WintersRespite Wrap Up

Pages Read: 1,691
Books Finished: 6
Books Given Up on: 2

This was officially the last read-a-thon I'd be doing on this blog. Sad.
Since they are now month long and I'll be saying my goodbyes in mid-April which will be pretty filled with daily posts there's no sense adding a read-a-thon only to switch my update locations midway.

I'm not sure why I but I didn't get to read as much last week, especially since I've now developed a "if I'm not instantly loving it I'm not going to try and instantly finish it, I'll get to it when I get to it if I care enough" attitude.

Knowing that I will no longer be reading on any set deadline has also really spoiled me; I'm already acting like I don't have reviews to write. I do. At least eight, ten if all goes well.
Thanks to the read-a-thon I've read three of those books so six more to go. (One was read in December, I'm not that bad at math.)

  1. So you're giving up blogging? I've noticed a lot of people have started going that route. We all must do what is right for ourselves. I'm still not ready to give up the ghost.

Thanks for joining in on another Winter's Respite. I hope you will be joining us for future readathons, wherever you will be updating from.

    1. I am, I decided that it was time to start saying my goodbyes, and as it comes closer I feel like it's the right time to go. Unfortunately I can't say I've noticed other bloggers stepping down because I really haven't paid too much attention to the community (another reason I've decided to stop, I'm not participating)
