Why I Decided To Start Blogging

I started blogging when Inspired Kathy from I Am A Reader, Not A Writer, invited me to join a Blog Hop Giveaway, for St. Patrick's Day. I actually won a book too. (I'm pretty sure it was from The Worm Hole.)
So since so many blogs required following, I figured alright well I have a Goggle account, I never use it so it's not like I'm actually following.

I did mention in my first post that I had made previous attempts at blogging, one forced the other out of boredom, which did not end well. Maybe the third time would be the charm. I wasn't even planning on devoting it to books, but thanks to all their advice and support it turned into one. There's no saying where I would be if I hadn't decided to review books.

Third time truly was the charm. I really don't know where it would be if I hadn't decided to blog about books, considering that they're all I am. All I am worth mentioning anyway. There's a reason I don't talk much about my personal life, I don't think anyone cares. Personally I only care so much about a persons daily life and often feel like they're just bragging. Or oversharing.

Occasional updates? Sure no problem, but when done in a "Sorry I've been so busy to post here's what I've been up to" post; little annoying.

True colors are flying this final month!

My other reason for starting this blog was because I wanted to be a part of the community. I liked the idea of starting a conversation on a common topic.
And as I said if my first post: I was doing it for me, I had a lot on my mind and felt I needed to get it out.
