Top Blogging Moments

From the 2013 Loveathon:

To quote myself in my interview, when asked my "best experience:"

Other than getting to discover a lot more amazing books. I'd say my best experience would be last year [2012] when Mandy at The Romance Bookie asked if I'd co-host a Meg Cabot blog hop (the Meg-a-Readers), which she tweeted about, and Meg herself ended up not only helping to spread the word about it but sponsoring the giveaways we had throughout the two month event. It was so cool being mentioned on her blog and looking at the Referring URLs section on my blog and seeing

Favorite Books Reviewed

In the past seven years I have written 205 reviews. And looking back I definitely have my favorites, that's both favorite books and favorite reviews. Some are crazy some are pretty profound, like was that really me? Some I barely remember.

Favorite Songs I've Shared

In the past seven years I have share: 66 Songs of the Moment. 70 Tune In Tuesdays and 10 Music Mondays. For a grand total of: 319 Songs.

Almost all songs I've shared represent something, which is how Song of the Moment came to be, so picking a handful that really means something was somewhat easier said than done.
If anything they're more favorite than significant.

Letter to My 2018 Self from 2015 Me

Letter To My Future Self
April 16, 2015
Dear Future Me:
What are we 28? 30?

Are we still blogging at 30?
I'm not sure if I hope so. I know I won't be stopping anytime soon, and I honestly don't see myself wanting to stop.

Letter To 21 Year Old Me, Written by 24 Year Old Me, With Help From 28 Year Old Me

2018 Note: This letter were previously posted February 16, 2014, as part of the Love-a-thon

Dear 21 year old new blogger, or Me. Whatever you prefer: Wait, I was 21 when I started!?

I honestly can't say what is going through your mind with this blog. Sorry to say that that is not going to change. Nope, it never will.
I'm starting to think we'll never know what goes though our mind when we do anything. If anyone asks; you're an artist you don't have to explain yourself.
Hell you don't have to explain yourself period! Still, true!

7th Blogoversary: Time To Say Goodbye

I've decided that I will be pushing this blog to seven. I'm promising myself (and this blog) right here right now that there will be a seventh blogoversary. It may be my last but it will happen.

Charlie Browns of the World

This was a post idea I came up with years ago after some blog event, but never wrote. I've decided to do so now because, well it's the only chance I have left, and I feel it's a good explanation of where I stand in the blogger world.
Or just the world in general.

30 Song Challenge: ...This Time Last Year

This, like most challenges like it, was technically suppose to be a 30 day challenge but I decided to make it weekly as a countdown to my final week blogging.

Song 1: Favorite Song From This Time Last Year
This is it! I can't believe it, it's just one more week.
I wish I could say what was on my mind this time last year, I'm pretty certain it wasn't that a year later I'd be writing my final blog posts. I truly did not think I'd go though with it.

As I Write or More Like HOW I Write

I've been writing in a journal since I was 9 or 10. My first was a Lisa Frank diary with penguins on the cover given to me by my dad for Christmas. (Though I'm pretty sure I went to the store and picked it out.) Sadly of all my journals this is the only one I got rid of, because, really, it was just the illegible ramblings of a preteen. (Hey Paul! And possibly Shane. Still kind of hate you Gaby.)

3 Books On My Shelf

I'm not sure what the point of this topic was.
So I'm just going to pick three books from my only visible shelf. (The rest is hidden behind my bed. I'm cramped for space but still manage to fit my books in.)

Currently in My Bag

What's in my bag?
Much like my mind either a lot of random stuff or not much.

It's Monday! What Are You Reading?

This is my final It's Monday! post and of all the things I've sad goodbye to this one might be my saddest. Well other than the blog itself, but that's not for another week.

I don't have much of an update because part working my way out of what might have been a slump and part distracted with my final posts here. Also, and always, a big chunk my scatterbrain that is constantly everywhere but where I'm suppose to be.

I'd just like to take this moment and say thanks for caring about what I've been reading.

7 Things That Cross My Mind A Lot

1. Wondering what random people (or one person) has posted on Facebook.

2. The fact that I care so much about what a person is doing when I shouldn't because it in no way effects me.

3. Whatever happened in the book I'm currently reading. ( Or one I read 4 years ago.)

4. Things/people that annoy me.

5. Things I should be doing.

6. Things I'd rather be doing.

7. My place in life.

I Am Me Because...

I am me because...
I don't march to the beat of my own drum, I dance to it. And it's a tribal drum.

Makes Me Happy

There was a website 10 years ago where you could make different types of scrapbooks, including different themed "About Me."

I once made one of things that make me happy.
I doubt any of those things carried over.

My "Work Space"

No I haven't run out of ideas.
I'm just desperate.

What do I want more in my future house than a library? A creative work space. One that isn't right next to, or even in the same room as my bed.

30 Song Challenge: Song From Your Childhood

This, like most challenges like it, is technically suppose to be a 30 day challenge but I've decided to make it weekly because; sadly, I'll only be blogging for 2 more weeks (not counting the final blogoversary week).

I can't believe there's only two songs left.

Song 2: Song From Your Childhood
In case I never mentioned it I'm a child of the 90's, and therefore can come up with a playlist filled with awesome songs from my childhood. But I can only pick one. So I'm going with one of my earliest memories.

Waitin' for My Dearie

Many a lassie as ev'ryone knows'll
Try to be married before twenty-five.
So she'll agree to most any proposal.
All he mus' be is a man, an' alive.
I hold a dream an' there's no compromisin'
I know there's one certain laddie for me.
One day he'll come walkin' o'er the horizon:
But should he not, then an old maid I'll be.
Foolish, ye may say.
Foolish I will stay.

I Haven't Been Everywhere But...

In a post from maybe a couple of weeks I listed 5 Places I'd Like To Visit and made a comment about how it would be fun to list the places I've already been to. I hadn't realized that this was an upcoming topic when I said that.

Let's see how much fun it actually is.

Song of the Moment [4/3]

This is a feature I've started where I pick a song that represents the week, day or month; that fits with a moment I recently had. Or that's been on repeat. Since very little happens to me on a weekly basis I only post every two weeks.

This is the last moment I'll be sharing here, of course it won't be the last moment I will be having so the playlists shall continue. Though I don't know if there'll be more songs or less.

After Drama Queen

Once I say goodbye to Little Miss Drama Queen, both the blog and general title- I think it's time to let go of my drama queen ways (At least I did back in January, I've kind of reverted this past month. I really should talk to someone)- I will still be writing what was originally my second Blogger blog Letters to You & Me, which I recently moved to Tumblr.

Something/One That Had an Impact in My Life

I'm going to cheat with today's post because I've already discussed this topic before; so from one of my Meg-a-Readers post:
