In a post from maybe a couple of weeks I listed 5 Places I'd Like To Visit and made a comment about how it would be fun to list the places I've already been to. I hadn't realized that this was an upcoming topic when I said that.
Let's see how much fun it actually is.
And I mean name the cities not the states, I can do that.
Long story short (save us both the trouble) the end goal for each of these road trips were: The Alamo, Mount Rushmore, Yellowstone National Park, Crater Lake, and Spokane, WA.
In a nutshell. We did stop and admire what each state had but those were the places we were heading. My parents spoiled me when it comes to traveling practically every school break was spent in the backseat of the car on some road trip. There were too many trips to Las Vegas (which is probably why I can't stand that city now, that and I'm a mountain/nature girl). Another to the Grand Canyon. A couple trips to Hawaii, and a cruise in Alaska.
It's all to blame for my insatiable wanderlust, that I always suffer through once the weather get's warm.
This one is easier: Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, France.
And I did spend about 30 minutes circling over England (on my way home from France) because the plane couldn't land.
